How to obtain the Card:
To obtain a card, the pensioner shall visit the preferred branch of the Bank and submit the passport and the public service number1 (if the pensioner’s age is below 63, it is required to submit also the pension certificate or relevant reference, provided by the State Social Security Service of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs). An account will be opened in the Bank for the pensioner and the latter will be provided with the account acknowledgement form and the card.
The pensioner shall take the form to the territorial subdivision of his/her residence of the State Social Security Service of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, where the pensioner will need to submit the relevant application, specifying the account number, provided to the latter.
1 Is fixed in the identification cards of RA citizens, stateless individuals who permanently reside in RA, identification documents of the refugees, in previously issued social security cards, as well as in the notice issued by state register conducting body or a notice on not receiving a social services number issued by the state register conducting body.
How long does it take to get a card?
After completing the application for Card and card account at any branch of the Bank, the Card will be provided to you within 7 working days, and the card will be activated within one working day after the Card is issued.
In case of filling out the application for Card and card account online, Card order will be executed upon mutual agreement between the Bank and you.
